Will Maber oversees internal business management, sub-contractor coordination, project management, and quality assessment at DrumEx. With a focus on health and safety management, Will ensures operational excellence. He holds responsibility for financial management, budgeting, and spearheading initiatives for continuous improvement and business growth. His role encompasses quality control measures, staff management, and addressing productivity-impacting issues, making him a pivotal member of the DrumEx team.

Jethro Drum

Managing Director

Jethro Drum, the Managing Director of DrumEx, began his career with an apprenticeship as a mechanic before transitioning to work in the family construction business. Over eight years, he successfully led numerous civil construction projects of varying scales, working closely with team members like Eli and Sonya. With a wealth of experience and leadership skills, Jethro continues to drive the company's success. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and diving.

Eli Tolhopf

Operations Manager

Eli has been a valued member of the DrumEx team for over 10 years. With extensive experience as a machine operator, Eli excels in managing large projects, including driveways, farm track maintenance, retaining walls, piling, house sites, and more. Born and raised in Puhoi, Eli is well-respected in the local community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the farm, fishing, hunting, and being with his family.

Sonya Berger

Administrator

Sonya is the organizational backbone of DrumEx, expertly managing the office operations with efficiency and skill. With over 14 years of dedicated service to the Drum family, she is a highly valued team member who ensures smooth day-to-day operations. Her exceptional administrative abilities make her an indispensable asset to the company.
